Zaki Ababneh was the son of Abdullah Smith who was taken in the Rapture along with his sister Bahira and his mother, who became a believer. Both Zaki and Bahira were children when they were raptured, and returned as young adults. He became one of the founding members of the Millennium Force, seeking to counter the growing influence of The Other Light.
