Red Rocks is a mountain park in Jefferson County, Colorado that Rayford Steele took his daughter Chloe to when she was a young child. In "Armageddon", Chloe used Red Rocks in a coded message to her father while she was incarcerated by the Global Community, to warn him to get the believers at the San Diego underground safehouse to Petra.
