Dr. Od Gustav was the subpotentate of the United European States. He was mentioned in Assassins as being among the ten who would assassinate Enigma Babylon One World Faith spiritual leader Peter Mathews in a private ceremony that took place prior to the Global Gala in Jerusalem. Being a physician, Od would also be able to sign the death certificate without incriminating himself in the process, attributing Peter's death to a contagious disease that required his body to be cremated.
