On the Run is the tenth book in the Left Behind: The Kids series, by Jerry B. Jenkins, Tim LaHaye, with contributions from Chris Fabry. It was originally released in July of 2000. This novella along with three others were later released in the compilation volume, Hidden (Left Behind: The Kids).

Filled with despair over tragic news about their friends, Judd and Ryan set out for Israel to discover the truth. The trail leads them to a surprising find and into the hands of the Global Community.

Back at home, Vicki, Lionel, and their friends plan to carry out another mission at Nicolae High, but not without great danger. What if they get caught? Will Vicki be sent back to the detention center now that Bruce is gone?

Plot Summary[]

The first chapter begins with Judd Thompson Jr. hearing a girl call out his name and cry out for help. The girl sounds desperate. Judd tries to place the girl's voice, but he can't. Judd calls back, but she doesn't seem to hear. The girl calls out Judd's name again and says they need him. The girl then tells Judd to hurry. Judd recognizes the girl as Nina Ben-Judah as he awakes from his dream.
